A city wide single point of referral is operated by Phoenix Futures in Derby who conduct triage and healthcare assessments with all referrals whilst also providing keyworker support to service users. Addaction provide rapid access to assessment services from as wide a range of referral sources as possible.

Following an initial assessment by Phoenix Futures' staff service users are placed within the most appropriate service within the city to cater for their specific needs.

The Bradshaw Clinic and Phoenix Futures jointly operate an interagency web portal booking system enabling a fast, flexible and smooth pathway for service users attending the clinic.

The Bradshaw Clinic is a joint project funded by the Derby Community Safety Partnership and Derby City Primary Care Trust.
