For any individuals living in Derby a User Advocacy Officer is available to help assist with any problems or concerns. The User Advocacy Officer runs drop in sessions from the Bradshaw Clinic on Tuesday's and Thursday's between 12pm and 2pm .

A series of Service User Forums have been established to provide anyone engaged within substance misuse treatment within Derby with direct feedback into the services providing their care. The philosophy of placing the service user at the heart of the planning process will see future service planning within Derby developed to match the requirements of service users.
